Start with a clear source

Use the highest-quality original you have. Avoid a screenshot of a screenshot: compression and tiny lettering make font shapes harder to interpret. Keep the surrounding area visible so the model can understand the texture and perspective.

Quote the exact change

Select the text region and enter the exact replacement. Original wording is optional when a region is selected. Specify the font weight, alignment, color and background to retain; similar-length wording is easier to fit.

Replace "SUMMER SALE" with "AUTUMN SALE". Keep every other detail unchanged.

Check more than the spelling

Know when to use the design file

For a licensed brand font, dense legal copy or pixel-exact production work, editing the original design file remains the most reliable option. AI editing is useful when that file is unavailable, but may require another paid attempt and manual review.
